This is my first Life & Career blog post and it has been a long time coming. The purpose of the Life & Career posts are to share resources and discussions on how the career-minded women can begin to balance life and work goals. No matter where you are in your career path, it will be a long, winding and bumpy road. It can easily leave you discouraged and full of self-doubt. This series will be a guide to motive and inspire you on your journey and to never give up on your goals and aspirations.

If you have found yourself looking for a new 9 to 5 or you are finally taking a leap of faith into a new career path, one step in the job search process that you will inevitably have to take is the dreaded resume writing phase. There is no way around this, it has to be done!
