I am not embarrassed to say I spend many hours on the web.
Not only for my favorite Instagram workout videos or #OOTD post (even though I
am I am obsessed with them) or my friends' life moments on Facebook or for the Tweets from
around the world. A great deal of my
online activity is accessing content that people share to improve and inspire
our daily lives.
I am Generation X, the reality is that self-improvement, and
personal development has to match the rise and proliferation of technology in
our day and age. How do I keep relevant, update my wheelhouse, and not lose my
sanity at the same damn time? I can relate, I felt this pressure last year and
needed a serious hiatus.
The web, especially the blogosphere has so much to offer (I
hope that is why you are reading this blog post). It is free, can be done at
your pace and there are so many different mediums to use (blog posts, podcasts,
videos, e-courses and e-classes).
So whether
you want to kick start your
personal goals and professional growth OR you may just want to find ways to
balance the very demanding world we live in by trying something new and
challenging to disrupt a mundane week. In this series, I will share some of my best
finds on the web and blogosphere.
