There are always those days when I am wandering around the drugstore,
being indecisive of what products to buy this month. Should stick to what you know and just get the
same toiletries? This was defiantly one of those days. I took a leap of faith
and tried these new products and they were AMAZING! Best of all they were on SALE
at Shoppers Drug mart!!
My boyfriend got me this Marc Jacobs Daisy for summer and I
have been smitten ever since. It is light are floral smelling, but not too
sweet. I have been eyeing it at the drugstore for a while now and ever since I
got it reminds me of the amazing summer I had with him. I will definitely be
rocking it all year round.
I have severely dry
skin, so I am very fussy about what moisturizer I use since they usually dry
out my skin in 5min after application. I took a chance on this Revlon 48 hr
Ideal Moisturizer and its been working quite well. It was on sale so it was an
easy decision to make. It only require a pea size amount and moisture lasts all
day.
Every month I grab a
new nail polish, since its fall I just fell in love with this Revlon Ox Blood
polish. It’s too early for all black nails, so this is a great transition colour
to match the earthy tones of fall. I think this will be a new staple colour for
fall, now I need the lipstick to match!!
Aveeno is such a great beauty product, but very expensive! I
got this pack of facial wipes on sale from $13.99.to $7.99. The container comes
with 30 pads, so it can lasts until you need a new tub the following month. It
has to be the best facial wipes I have used as it has an exfoliating side and a
smooth side, the pads are wet and lathered in soap, so no wetting needed. It
makes my nighttime routine quicker and my skin feels so good at the end of the day.
The Naked Palette 2
needs no introduction! If you like makeup, you know The Naked Pallet 2 by Urban
Decay. This line just got picked up by Shoppers Drug mart! I was so giddy when
I purchased it. It retailed for $65.00 but I got 3x the shoppers points, that
translates to $30 cash back on my shoppers card! So I really only paid $35.00!
A steal for one of the best makeup palettes out there. It is a must for anyone
who wants simple day to day makeup looks or Smokey dramatic night time looks! The
colours are top quality. I can Youtube so many Naked Pallet 2 applications and
the makeup ideas are endless! Its love, love, love!
