If
you are looking for any inspiration for your naked walls, this is a great way to
get creative and add pictures, art, keeps sakes and just about anything to give life to dull walls. I did this last year to my new condo and I got
so many compliments on the homey feeling that it gave to our place. So much so that I have given pictures and frames
as gifts so that others can start their own picture gallery.
Here are some of my fav
ideas.
Here is the picture gallery
in my living room. It took a lot of patience, which was very difficult! but I
am very happy with the results and cannot wait to make more memories to capture
and display on our wall.
Here
is the downer, Frames can be expensive! I got most of my frames from second hand
stores. The frames were great, I just touched them up with a coat of spray
paint and they looked as good as new!
Mounting
them can be challenging, you do not want your walls to look like a Swiss
cheese wheel. You have to put in time in creating a collage on the floor,
and measuring distances in relations to the wall. and only then trry mounting frames with a hammer and hook.
