My latest food obsession has to be Truffle oil and much to my bougie delight, a new store just opened downtown called Oil & Vinegar. The first one in Canada with a wide selection of olive oil on tap from all over the world. After much debate and tasting ( Yumm) I knew I had to go for the Black Truffle Oil. I was given an idea from the store assistant to drizzle it on fresh popcorn. AMAZING!!!!
I can't wait to use this in other dishes, but now what movie to watch...?
