The annoying sound of the alarm clock going off at 5:30am, left me feeling dismal to say the least. However, I got flash backs of last night’s Miss America swimsuit segment and I knew I had to Get my ASS UP!! To make sure this was a success I had the BF tag along and be my drill sergeant! But who was really drilling who is a another story! hmmmm?I do have weekly dates with the treadmill 3 times a week, but as any runner can tell you nothing is more challenging compares to pounding the pavement. I have to overcome my fear of out door running and JUST DO IT!
{ This is How we do Monday Mornings}
The goal was to “drop 10lbs perparing for summer” (Drake Voice) but I don’t think that is happening in the last few weeks of summer we have left and the damn food trucks everywhere are hindering my progress! So my goal will be to just be as Bootylicious Ready as I can be and enjoy my curves!!
AM Workout: ( 1hrs 30min)
- Jogged 3km (From home to stairs and back )
- 3 flights of stairs
- 2min skipping after each flight of stairs
- Butt Workout -12min video (Bellow)
- Abs - 5min video ( Bellow)
